We built this North Carolina site for owners who want their company filed correctly the first time, without learning the Secretary of State portal or working out which county Register of Deeds takes their assumed name.
Corp USA has filed business entities since 1998. Our North Carolina team prepares Articles of Organization and Incorporation, records assumed business name certificates with the county Register of Deeds, and files annual reports ahead of the April 15 deadline. We are a private company, operated by Corp USA (corpusa.net), and not part of the NC Secretary of State.
Corp USA · corpusa.netHow we keep North Carolina facts current
Fee figures on this site come from the NC Secretary of State Business Registration Division fee schedule and the North Carolina General Statutes (Chapters 55, 55A, 55B, 55D, 57D and 66). We re-check them when the state posts changes; the last check was October 30, 2026.

Heads up: we are an independent company that prepares and submits North Carolina filings for owners. We are not the North Carolina Department of the Secretary of State and we do not give legal advice. Every state and county charge passes through at the exact amount billed, and anyone can file directly with the Business Registration Division for no service fee.
